Shipping Policy
How long will my order take?
For website purchases, please allow 2-3 days of processing time and 3-7 days for shipping.
For Instagram Live Sales, please allow 3-5 days of processing time and 3-7 days for shipping.
Depending on the amount of orders your package may arrive sooner. All orders will receive tracking info when finished processing.
Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally! Please keep in mind shipping cost vary by weight and location.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept any returns or exchanges?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
What if my package is lost, stolen or delayed?
Once your package is in possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please contact your local post office for any concerns you may have with your order.
What if my package arrived broken?
Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit for the broken item. Buyer must send a proof of broken item within 48 hours of delivery date.
